Who we are

One Step Casino is operated by L.C.S Limited and licensed through the Malta Gaming Authority under licence No. MGA/B2C/233/2013. These terms are the agreement between you and L.C.S Limited, and you accept them when you register.

Who can open an account

You must be over 18 and above the legal gambling age where you live, able to enter into contracts, and not excluded from gambling. Gambling must not be illegal where you reside, and you are responsible for following the laws of the country you are in. We do not accept customers from the United Kingdom, which is one of our Excluded Territories.

One account per person

Register with your real name and accurate personal details. Only one account is allowed per person, household, address, e-mail address or shared device. If we find a duplicate account, bonuses and winnings from it are void and we may refund deposits less those winnings.

Deposits and withdrawals

Use only a payment card or financial account in your own name. To withdraw, choose Withdraw in your account, pick a method, enter the required details and the amount, and confirm. We verify your identity before paying out, check every transaction to prevent money laundering, and may block an account when a chargeback is requested.

Bonuses

The rules of each bonus or promotion are shown with that offer. While a casino bonus is active, the maximum bet is £5 per spin on a slot or 15% of the bonus given, whichever is lower.

Limits and closing your account

You can set and change limits in your account settings. You can close your account at any time through our Customer Support, and any balance is returned to you. We may close or suspend an account, void winnings or keep the balance in cases of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, forged documents or a disguised IP address such as a VPN.

Changes to these terms

We tell account holders about changes in advance, and you confirm the new terms before you continue to play. If you do not accept them, you can still withdraw your deposits.
