Our approach

Most people play for fun and within their means. For a small number, gambling can become a problem, so we give every player tools to stay in control. Only adults can play: we do not accept anyone under 18, and confirming your age and date of birth is part of registration.

Deposit limits

In your Account Settings you can set a deposit limit for a period you choose, depending on your country of residence. A lower limit applies as soon as we register it. Raising or removing a limit takes effect 24 hours after we register the change.

Time-out and self-exclusion

Open the Responsible Gaming tab in your account, choose an available Time-Out or Self-Exclusion period and click Save. We accept the request straight away and show a confirmation. While it runs, we cannot accept deposits or bets. Bets already placed stay active and any winnings are paid after the event ends.

A Time-Out or a self-exclusion for a set period can be revoked only after 24 hours from the request. For an indefinite self-exclusion, contact our support team through Live Chat. It can be revoked only after 7 days and at our discretion. Closing or self-excluding your account with us does not exclude you from other sites operating under the same licence.

Habits that help

• Play only when you are calm and focused, and take regular breaks.
• Decide in advance how much you can spend each month and how much you can afford to lose, and do not raise that amount later.
• Do not play under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or when you feel low.
